This was our first
Motor City Nationals as PARTICIPANTS!
Thank you, Milan Dragway, for getting motorcycles the permission
to race in ET No Box! I must say,
it was a blast. We won our first
round, and may have even won our second round if Maus hadn’t made the
mistake of not reading the WHOLE dial-in number instead of just the last
two digits! Yup, they dialed us
in as 10:41, but it should have been 11:41. We ran an 11:42 that 2nd round. Live and learn. But we did have a blast and met a lot
of wonderful fans and racers alike.

On Sunday, we took some time in the blazing heat to go visit the

to go see an IHRA event – DO IT! It’s
a blast, they go fast, and there are some of the nicest people. We will be going to the other IHRA
Nationals in August in Martin, Michigan – see you there!!!
