Wheels Through Time – The Museum That
Runs
Back
in October of 2005, Chip and Maus had the distinct pleasure of visiting
this incredible museum and meeting its curator and founder, Dale Walksler. It’s
currently located in Maggie Valley, North Carolina. It’s chock-full of history, memories,
and astounding sights and sounds.
We
visited again in 2006, but didn’t have the camera handy at that
time. We planned to visit again in
2007, but just could not get a big enough block of time to visit. If you’ve never been, then you must
go. Seriously. You will not regret, nor will you ever
forget, this walk through time!
This museum is always evolving and
expanding, too, so it’s always a treat to return.
These few pictures that follow were
all taken back on that first trip in 2005. They represent only a very small
fraction of what we saw back then. And the museum has grown since then, too. For a FAR better view of what the
