The wedding cake was
custom-designed by Chip and Maus to have this graphic (to the right). Our adventure really did begin at that
particular starting line, too.
Having done a little drag racing in the
past, Chip was eager to get back into it.
Both sharing the love of the smell of Nitro in the morning, they
seemed destined to start up a team of their own.

John Force’s daughter, Ashley,
was doing licensing passes that day, so the bride and groom got the added
treat of John Force attending the wedding.
Here’s Chip, Maus, Force, and a much-honored member of the wedding
party, Craig Tharpe, General Manager of AHDRA. It is said that Chip and Maus are destined for a long life
together because “The Force” was with them on their wedding day! LOL

The happy couple just after exchanging vows

In October 2003, during the All
Harley Drag Racing Association’s (AHDRA) World Finals at the Strip at Las
Vegas Speedway, Maus and Chip got married at the starting line and their
adventure officially began. Chip, a
long-time drag racing fan, got Maus thoroughly hooked on the sport the
summer before.

In February, 2004, during the
AHDRA Bike Week Nationals in Gainseville, Florida, fate or a higher power
stepped in and the couple met Super Nate of Super V Cycles. Also a drag racer and fanatic, they
began construction on Chip’s own suped-up Sportster, SnappyOne.

For the 2006 Season, SnappyOne is undergoing some
changes to the engine and body.
We’ll be starting off the season with his “old” paint scheme, seen
above, but we’ll be showing off new colors mid-season.
